Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors regarding risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management.
• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables.
• Determine staffing requirements and establish work plans and schedules for each project phase.
• Prepare project manuals, bid packages and manage CM bid process.
• Coordinate development and delivery of project planning services with the Project Planning Leader.
• Oversee timely processing of project information documents related to contracts, bulletins, field orders, and change orders.
• Clarify expectations for trade contractors and ensure alignment with schedules, safety and quality.
