ARCO, a family of construction companies, is seeking a Concrete Project Manager for the Nashville market. You will oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout, working with clients and design teams to develop concepts and budgets while driving value engineering and cost control.

The role demands 3+ years in concrete project management, strong MS Project/Office skills, and a collaborative, results‑driven mindset. On‑site leadership and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years' of construction management on concrete projects in industrial or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary concepts and budgets.
• Review scope, costs, and contracts; negotiate fees and drive value engineering.
