Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a production-oriented employee in Kenosha, WI. The role involves safely producing precast concrete products, stripping forms, preparing molds, and maintaining the facility in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior manufacturing or construction experience is preferred; training is provided to ensure quality work and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
