Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is a leading producer of precast concrete products in North America and a key partner to engineers and contractors. This role supports a Michigan manufacturing team to safely produce high-quality concrete components in a fast-paced plant.

The ideal candidate will strip forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry, and help with housekeeping, with emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
