Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing teammate to support the production of precast concrete products in a safe, efficient environment. The role emphasizes quality and teamwork in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities include stripping and cleaning concrete forms, preparing steel molds, and performing basic carpentry with a focus on workmanship and safety. Prior manufacturing experience is valued, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
