Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company in Oklahoma, seeks an entry-level production candidate to support safe, efficient manufacturing of precast concrete products. The role emphasizes teamwork and quality in a fast-paced plant setting.

You will strip forms, prepare molds, perform basic carpentry, and assist with maintenance and housekeeping, with opportunities for growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
