Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a production-focused team member to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products of the highest quality standards in an industrial setting.

You will strip and clean forms, prepare steel molds for concrete filling, perform basic carpentry, and assist with facility maintenance. The role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
