Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a dedicated team member to support the production of precast concrete products in an industrial setting. You will strip and clean forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry, and help with facility upkeep to ensure quality and safety.

The role emphasizes reliability, the ability to work with basic math, and effective communication with team members to maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
