Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend safety procedures and instructions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality according to standards and adjust settings as necessary.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production flow and reporting.
• Perform machine clean-up, setup, and participate in product changes.
• Execute daily and business fundamentals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision and lead operator.
• Cross-train on other aspects of the production process.
