Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for our Pacific, CA facility. You will operate and maintain concrete handling equipment, inspect product quality, and report issues to the Plant Supervisor.

A minimum of 3 years operating similar equipment is required, with a high school diploma or GED. This full-time role offers benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating similar equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety procedures and operating instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in dusty, hot or cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervision.
• Document and communicate production data and shift updates.
• Cross-train on other production processes as needed.
