Job summary

CTI Technologies, Inc. seeks a self-motivated Portable Concrete Plant Batcher to batch slump concrete, verify weights, and manage inventory to ensure quality and yield. The role requires communicating with drivers and customers and maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Expect leadership and quality training responsibilities on site. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of concrete plant experience, DOT certifications, strong math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of concrete plant experience.
• DOT Aggregate/PCC certifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete using manual and computerized systems per batch designs.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment.
• Verify batch weight accuracy and report scale discrepancies.
• Assess material quality with yard, QC, and source personnel.
• Coordinate plant inspections with Operations Manager.
• Maintain safe driving practices on site.
• Keep batch office and paperwork organized and filed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
