Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Patching Crew Member for the Central Region. This permanent, full-time role runs from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday. You will contribute to finishing precast concrete panels through patching, concrete finishing, and general labor tasks on site.

Responsibilities include completing tasks safely, following foreperson directions, and performing additional field duties as needed. Overtime opportunities and boot/equipment reimbursements are available.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor to finish precast panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a patching crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other personnel.
