The role demands safety-conscious, team-oriented individuals ready for extended shifts and on-call duties. Applicants must have at least two years of related experience, a CDL Class A license, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with 12-hour weather-event shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• CDL Class A required.
• Practical skill in construction trades and ability to operate concrete-related equipment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts during weather events, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finish work, form design, pouring and curing.
• Reinforce concrete with wire mesh and install expansion joints.
• Apply waterproofing and sealant; monitor material for durability.
• Provide support for grounds services including snow removal and equipment operation.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain records with accuracy.
• Work independently or in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and coworkers.
