Qualifications

• Five years of skilled experience in heavy equipment operations.
• Must possess a class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Asphalt experience is desired.
• Knowledge of CDOT standards is desired.
• Background check (Tier 1) required.

Responsibilities

• Aides Supervisor with oversight of heavy equipment operations; plans, assigns, and supervises work.
• Inspects equipment operator work to ensure standards.
• Maintains records and prepares reports for management.
• Strives to improve operations and reduce turnaround times.
• Trains Operators, Truck Drivers and GMWs in heavy equipment operations.
• Completes training on time and adheres to safety policies.
• Works in varying weather and safety conditions.
