Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as manager or supervisor of grounds maintenance crews.
• Three years experience supervising grounds maintenance activities including landscaping and snow removal.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1).
• Ability to access government worksite.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts during weather events, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Grounds personnel with daily workload to maximize efficiency.
• Develop operating policies to achieve annual and long-range goals.
• Oversee operations to safely provide required services to the customer.
• Monitor emergency and urgent work.
• Schedule mowing and irrigation crews for special events.
• Maintain accurate work records and reports.
