Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) seeks a Heavy Equipment Lead to support the Supervisor and oversee heavy equipment operators and road maintenance at Fort Carson. The role includes planning maintenance, prioritizing work, and ensuring safety and performance records are maintained.

Qualified candidates will typically have five years of heavy equipment experience, MS Office/Maximo/Cost Point skills, a Class A CDL, and the ability to work in a team or alone while meeting tight

Qualifications

• Five years of skilled experience in heavy equipment operations preferred.
• MS Office, Maximo and Cost Point knowledge preferred.
• Each year of accredited college education in a related field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Aides Supervisor with oversight of heavy equipment operations and road maintenance.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize shop maintenance requests with safety compliance.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management use.
• Train and monitor Operators and Drivers in heavy equipment operations.
• Ensure operations run safely and efficiently under high-volume conditions.
