Job summary

CMC, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a production associate to support precast concrete production from setup through shipment. You will operate molds, place reinforcing materials, and assist with pouring and finishing concrete to meet specifications.

You will maintain a clean work area, follow safety procedures, and work overtime including weekends when needed. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; physical stamina and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.
• Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare molds/forms and apply release agents.
• Place reinforcing materials per specifications.
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
• Support curing and stripping finished products.
• Perform basic finishing and patching.
• Move and stage materials for curing or shipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
