Job summary

CMC is seeking a dedicated team member for a hands-on role in Winston-Salem, NC. This position involves stripping finished concrete products and prepping them for the next cycle. Suitable candidates should have a strong work ethic and be comfortable with heavy lifting and fast-paced tasks.

Training and support will be provided to ensure successful performance in the role. Candidates with manufacturing experience are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Available to work overnight starting at 1 AM until production is complete.
• Comfortable with heavy, hands‑on work including lifting and bending.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical production environment.

What You'll Do

• Strip ("tip out") finished concrete products from forms after curing
• Work as part of a crew to break down forms and prepare them for the next production cycle
• Use hand tools and equipment to assist with form breakdown
• Clean, scrape, and prep molds and materials for reuse
• Assist with moving products and materials safely using tools/equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE

What You'll Need

• Available to work overnight starting at 1 AM until production is complete (typically 8-10 hours)
• Comfortable with heavy, hands‑on work (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)
• Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced, physical production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team
• Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred

Your Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
