Job summary
CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry, seeks hands-on teammates to support precast concrete production from setup through shipment. You may operate a crane, prepare molds, place reinforcements, and assist with pouring and finishing while following strict safety protocols.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment.
- Set up and prepare molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents).
- Place reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh, embeds) per specifications.
- Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
- Support curing process and strip finished products from molds.
- Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, marking/stenciling).
- Cut and tie wire/rebar as needed for reinforcement.
- Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
