Karvo Companies is seeking hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our outdoor-heavy civil construction team in Ohio. You will work with experienced crews on projects like roads, bridges, sidewalks, and curbs, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to essential infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forming, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete.
• Set forms, place reinforcement, and prepare job sites.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with quality craftsmanship.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
