Job summary

Karvo Companies in Ohio is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on roadways, bridges, sidewalks, curbs, and other concrete infrastructure projects across the state. You will oversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete, read construction plans, coordinate daily activities, and mentor crew members while maintaining a strong safety culture on every job site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a concrete leadership role.
• Experience with heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or site concrete construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and grading.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license required.

Karvo Companies is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. If you're a proven leader with experience in heavy civil concrete construction and enjoy leading crews, coordinating daily operations, and delivering quality work safely, we want to hear from you.
