Job summary

Karvo Companies, Inc. is seeking Concrete Laborers to support outdoor heavy civil construction projects across Ohio. You will work with experienced crews to form, pour, finish, and cure concrete, while learning safe, quality craftsmanship on roads, bridges, sidewalks, and curbs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina, with union wages and benefits. Prior concrete experience is preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
