Job summary

Skillforce is seeking reliable, safety‑minded Concrete Laborers for projects in Clinton, IA. You will assist with concrete forming, puddling, and finishing, including epoxy flooring prep and installation. Machinery may include skid steers, AWP lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks depending on experience.

Pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience. Work hours are Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–4:00 PM with overtime optional.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Prior experience in concrete work or carpentry is valued.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Job description

Skillforce is currently searching for reliable and safety-oriented ConcreteLaborers for various projects across the Clinton, IA area. As a Concrete Laborer , you will play a vital role in concrete forming, puddling, and finishing. Other disciplines performed include Epoxy Flooring preparation and installation. You can also expect to run machinery such as: Skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks depending on your experience.

The pay range for this position is $22.00/hour up to $25.00/hour, based on experience.

Requirements in this Position:

• Prior experience working with steel erection a plus
• Valid driver's license.
• MUST pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred
• Regularly lifting over 50 pounds, crouching, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Hours vary: Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option for overtime.
