Job summary

Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a Concrete Laborer in NE Iowa with a Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm shift and possible OT on Saturdays. Direct Hire with $24+ per hour and full benefits. This hands-on role supports concrete and general construction projects and offers opportunities to learn multiple trade aspects.

The chosen candidate will join a field crew, work under supervision, and gain exposure to different phases of concrete work while helping with material handling and site safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Adapt to changing assignments and project needs.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Concrete Laborer

Location: NE Iowa

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm

Position Overview

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn multiple aspects of the trade. The Concrete Laborer works as part of a field crew assisting with concrete and general construction projects. This is a Direct Hire position, meaning the chosen candidate will go onto hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for company benefits.
