Clinton Engineering is seeking reliable Construction Laborers for field projects in Clinton, IA. Responsibilities include concrete forming, puddling, finishing, epoxy flooring prep, and occasional operation of equipment. You will join a safety‑minded team delivering quality workmanship on diverse projects.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential overtime. Starting pay is $20.00/hour, based on experience, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in concrete forming, puddling and finishing.
• Operate or assist with machinery (skid steers, lifts, rollers) as needed.
• Work with team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks across multiple field projects in Clinton, IA area.
