Job summary

Clinton Engineering is seeking reliable Construction Laborers for field projects in Clinton, IA. Responsibilities include concrete forming, puddling, finishing, epoxy flooring prep, and occasional operation of equipment. You will join a safety‑minded team delivering quality workmanship on diverse projects.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential overtime. Starting pay is $20.00/hour, based on experience, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities

Clinton Engineering is growing! We are currently seeking multiple reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers for a variety of field projects across the Clinton, IA area.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in concrete forming, puddling, and finishing. Other disciplines performed include Epoxy Flooring preparation and installation. Depending on your work history, you can also expect to run machinery such as: Skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks. No matter the project, you will be working alongside a team to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements in this Position:

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred

Your work hours will be Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option for overtime.

The pay for this position starts $20.00/hour, based on previous experience.
