Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with powertools and handheld tools used in concrete work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as concrete mixers.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and OSHA regulations related to concrete work.
• Effective communication with teammates, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
