Job summary

BrixPavingNorthwest is seeking a dedicated Curb Machine Operator to join our Boise team. You will handle curb machines to pour and finish concrete structures, read blueprints, and follow project plans with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have CDL A preferred and experience with concrete equipment, plus the ability to work with a team, adapt to shifts, and meet deadlines in diverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDLA license preferred with clean driving record.
• Ability to interpret site grading, blueprints, and local specs to achieve accurate concrete finishes.
• Willingness to perform manual labor alongside equipment operation.
• Strong commitment to safety and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate curb machines to pour and shape concrete curbs, sidewalks, and barriers per project specs.
• Set up, adjust, and align curb machines for proper grade, elevation, and consistency.
• Monitor concrete flow, timing, and finish quality during operation.
• Read blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans to follow layout requirements.
• Operate CDL A vehicles to transport materials and supplies to and from jobsites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Safely load, secure, and unload heavy equipment and materials.
• Maintain effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients.

KeyResponsibilities

Qualifications
