Job summary

BrixPavingNorthwest is seeking a dedicated Cement Mason to join our Boise, Idaho team. You’ll perform preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures while following safety protocols, project specs, and directions from supervisors.

Ideal candidates have proven concrete masonry experience, can read blueprints, and operate hand and power tools to produce high‑quality finishes. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESOP, and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Concrete Mason (from the HTML).
• Ability to read blueprints and survey data to mark out areas accurately.
• Familiarity with concrete mixing, finishing, and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pour, and finish concrete structures following specs and safety protocols.
• Read blueprints and measurements to mark out work areas.
• Use hand and power tools to achieve smooth, level surfaces.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
