Job summary

Euclid Chemical in Ohio is seeking a Concrete Lab Technician to perform chemical, engineering and physical tests on concrete-related formulations under the supervision of the Concrete Laboratory Manager. You will set up equipment, document results, prepare samples, and analyze materials to determine physical and chemical properties while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and basic English/math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 1–3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read/interpret English safety rules, industry standards and specifications (ACI/ASTM).
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Set up laboratory equipment, clean molds and instrumentation for tests.
• Conduct chemical, physical, and engineering tests on experimental formulas and competitive products.
• Document results and maintain lab books; complete and process paperwork.
