Responsibilities

• Monitor daily concrete production ensuring compliance with industry standards and initiate corrective actions with production and delivery personnel.
• Present favorable company image to customers and employees.
• Act as a liaison between production team, sales, site engineers, inspectors and customers, addressing concerns and complaints.
• Assist in day-to-day laboratory functions, including cylinder handling, compression, aggregate sampling, grading and data entry into the QC database.
• Conduct job site testing per QC policies.
• Maintain plant site and equipment to high appearance and cleanliness standards.
