Job summary

Walbec is seeking a Concrete Foreman in Wisconsin to lead a crew on commercial projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely reporting of materials, equipment, and hours. You will supervise crew members, enforce regulatory requirements, and operate power equipment as needed.

The role requires flexible hours, a valid license, and a commitment to safety and teamwork within a union environment. CDL is preferred but not required, with opportunities across our midwest operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CDL desired but not required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Tolerate variable weather and dusty environments.
• Union membership required or willing to join.
• 3–4 years in construction; 2–4 years in leadership roles.
• Able to manage own time and others’ time efficiently.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew safety and accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours.
• Oversee personnel and ensure regulatory and safety measures are followed.
• Operate power equipment and other machinery as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Superintendent or management.
