Job summary

Atlantic Coast Construction Group is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on commercial concrete projects in North Florida. You will supervise concrete crews, manage daily production, and coordinate safety and logistics to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to read drawings, and a valid driver’s license. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with some travel to regional sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on commercial projects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds when required.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Experience with Procore preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; occasional travel to regional project sites.

The Concrete Foreman leads field operations on commercial concrete projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, production oversight, safety compliance, and coordination with project management. The Foreman must set the tone for performance, professionalism, and jobsite discipline.
