Central Concrete Inc. is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead high-impact commercial projects in the Midlothian area. You will mentor crews, manage on-site logistics, and take ownership of safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 8–10+ years in concrete construction with deep expertise in footings, foundations, slabs, walls, and flatwork, plus strong reading of plans and elevations. Travel up to 10% is expected to support multiple sites.

The Opportunity

You will serve as an essential field leader driving the execution of premier commercial concrete projects while mentoring dedicated crews. This role gives you the platform to manage on-site logistics, take pride in physical craftsmanship, and build a long-term career. You will have the direct authority to lead operations, uphold jobsite safety, and fuel company growth.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead, coordinate, and delegate daily tasks to field crews to deliver concrete projects safely and on schedule.
• Interpret complex project plans, elevations, site layouts, and specifications to direct formwork and pour operations.
• Manage manpower, material delivery, and site equipment to maintain high daily output without sacrificing quality.
• Enforce strict OSHA guidelines, jobsite safety measures, proper PPE usage, and proactive hazard identification.
• Collaborate closely with project superintendents, General Contractors, and subcontractors, inspectors, and concrete suppliers.
• Track and document labor, materials, equipment, daily production, and jobsite logs accurately.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8-10+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience, including proven experience in a lead or foreman role.
• Deep technical expertise in footings, foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and commercial flatwork.
• Strong proficiency in forming, rebar placement, concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, elevations, and structural drawings.
• Absolute willingness to travel up to 10% to jobsites outside a 30-mile radius of the main location.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, OSHA 10 or 30 certifications, and First Aid/CPR credentials.
• Hands-on experience directing or operating concrete pumps, power trowels, laser levels, and heavy machinery.
