• Commercial concrete flatwork experience including forming, pouring and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Detail-oriented and client-driven mindset.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in commercial concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs on grade, slabs on deck, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related structures.
• Plan project tasks, order materials, coordinate with crew members, and complete daily work reports.
• Supervise all work to ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, blueprints, and site instructions to determine work activities.
• Set grades, form, pour, and finish both interior and exterior concrete surfaces.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Foster a client-focused and detail-oriented approach on every project.
• Collaborate effectively as a reliable team player.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
