Candidates should have self-perform concrete experience and 5+ years in project execution for large contractors, with strong organizational and communication skills to drive results on commercial/industrial builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices with projects over $1 million.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.
• Understand project details and identify obstacles to ensure execution.
• Prepare the team with well-defined planning processes.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for output.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of the work.
• Communicate project status to relevant parties in a timely manner.
