Job summary

Honor Services is seeking a Concrete Finisher in Baton Rouge, LA, to level and finish freshly poured concrete using handheld screed, floats, and trowels. You will spread, smooth, and texture surfaces, operate hand and power tools, and maintain a clean, safe job site throughout the project.

Job description

The Concrete Finisher must have the knowledge and ability to level concrete to specified depth and workable consistency with handheld screed and floats to bring water to the surface and produce soft topping, smooth and shape surfaces of freshly poured concrete, finish concrete surfaces, wet and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish, produce rough concrete surface with broom, remove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces using powder grinder or chisel and hammer, patch holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound and perform other duties assigned.
