Job summary

Ferrovial, through its Webber operations, seeks a concrete finisher to support outdoor infrastructure projects in Texas. You will finish exposed concrete paving, medians, edges, and joints to ensure durable, high-quality surfaces across active sites.

Ideal candidates are prepared for heavy physical work, outdoor conditions, and strict safety practices. Training is provided on-site within a global infrastructure group offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outdoor construction work experience is a plus.
• Able to read simple instructions and follow safety rules.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operates bridge deck finishing machine.
• Forms and finishes edges and joints.
• Finishes concrete curbs and gutters.
• Finishes exposed surface of concrete after forms removal by patching imperfections with fresh concrete, rubbing surface with abrasive stone, and directing others in removing excess or defective concrete with power tools.
• Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
