Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers (Pavers) to join our Heavy Civil team in the Houston area. You will smooth and finish poured concrete surfaces, spread and level concrete, and mold joints and edges on diverse projects.

Candidates must be able to travel among projects, work in various weather conditions, and follow safety rules while delivering quality workmanship. This role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork on industrial construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concrete finisher on heavy civil or paving projects.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Willingness to travel within the Houston area and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures.
• Spread concrete to a specified depth and workable consistency; level and finish.
• Mold expansion joints and edges; patch holes and repair defects as needed.
