Job summary

Ferrovial, via Webber, is seeking a Concrete Finisher Supervisor: Foreman to lead concrete finishing on active job sites. You will ensure forms are set, molds prepared, and concrete poured to specification while coordinating a crew of laborers across outdoor projects.

The role requires hands-on supervision, the ability to operate vibrators and hand tools, and strict adherence to safety policies. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in finishing concrete and reading forms.
• Ability to supervise laborers and coordinate crews.

Responsibilities

• Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure concrete surfaces.
• Set and check the forms that hold concrete to ensure they are well constructed.
• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.
• Direct the casting of the concrete and supervise laborers who use shovels or special tools to spread it.
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete, using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float.
• Mold expansion joints.
• Pour concrete ensuring that it is level and smooth.
• Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process.
