Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to build and finish durable concrete structures on site. You will smooth, level and cure concrete, supervise crew, and work with forms, trowels and power tools to meet project specs.

The role requires attention to weather, safety, and quality, with opportunities to grow within a leading global contractor. High School Diploma or GED is preferred; experience on heavy civil or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete at job sites.
• Set and check forms for proper construction.
• Direct the casting of concrete and supervise laborers.
• Spread, level, and finish concrete with trowels and floats.
• Monitor curing conditions affected by wind, heat, or cold.
• Mold expansion joints and pour concrete to be level and smooth.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in other operations as designated by the supervisor.
