Job summary

Ferrovial's Webber division in Texas seeks an experienced Foreman to lead concrete formwork operations on heavy civil projects. You will read plans, set forms to grade, coordinate with survey crews, and supervise crew members to ensure safety and quality.

You must have strong communication in English, at least a high school diploma, and 3+ years in concrete construction. This on-site role involves outdoor work in varied weather and physical activity.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Move throughout a construction jobsite which includes climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set forms to line and level, read and understand plans.
• Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures.
• Work with survey crew to set stringline for paving, curb, and gutter.
• Install pre-cast concrete elements.
