Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks an experienced construction supervisor to lead formwork and concrete operations on our Texas site in Seguin. You will oversee crews, read plans, ensure safety, and deliver quality structures on schedule.

Collaborate with foremen, survey crews and subcontractors to set forms, align grades, and manage materials. Strong English communication, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Move throughout a construction jobsite including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set forms to line and level, read and understand plans.
• Work with survey crew to set stringline for paving, curb, and gutter.
• Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures.
• Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
• Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
