Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction crew in Ohio. The role focuses on placing, smoothing, and repairing concrete on foundations, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and more, delivering quality finishes on varied job sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on concrete experience, knowledge of finishing techniques, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety and efficient teamwork on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concrete finishing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of concrete tools, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable with standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set and align concrete forms for sidewalks, curbs, pads, and slabs.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using rakes, shovels, and screeds.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools (trowels, floats, edgers, jointers).
• Apply textures or surface treatments as specified (broom finish, stamped).
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust finishing techniques accordingly.
• Read and interpret blueprints or drawings as needed.
