BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction crew. You will place, finish, and repair concrete on foundations, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and more, using hand and power tools to create high-quality surfaces.

Formación

• 2+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of concrete tools, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set and align forms for sidewalks, curbs, pads, and slabs.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using rakes, shovels, and screeds.
• Finish surfaces with trowels, floats, and edgers to a smooth finish.
• Apply textures or finishes as specified (broom finish, stamped).
• Monitor weather and adjust finishing methods accordingly.
• Read and interpret blueprints as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working order.
• Direct the casting of concrete with the truck driver.
