Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build/assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to proper elevations and locations; assist reinforcing steel.
• Set and erect forms using various materials and forming systems.
• Verify accuracy of structures using plumb bob, level, laser or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for above-ground work.
• Communicate issues with Foreman, Riding Boss, or PM about problems, materials, or safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Observe safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
