Qualifications

• Reads and understands drawings and prints.
• Builds/assembles wood or metal forms for concrete work.
• Maintains accuracy of elevations and locations.
• Prioritizes safety and communicates issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and prints.
• Construct and assemble forms for floors, walls, columns, and slabs.
• Set forms to proper elevations; assist with reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using diverse materials and systems, especially symon forms.
• Verify accuracy with plumb bob, level, or laser transit.
• Set up scaffolding and ladders for high structures.
• Coordinate with Foreman/PM about issues, materials, or hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placing concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
