B&B Concrete in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Commercial Concrete Finisher to support form work, placement, and finishing of concrete structures in a fast-paced construction environment. You will read drawings, build and set forms, place concrete, and help ensure safety and quality on site.

• Experience in construction or contracting industry.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble forms for concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, elevator cores, stairways, etc.
• Set forms to proper elevations and locations; aid in installing reinforcing steel.
• Set and erect forms using materials and forming systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy of structures using plumb bob, carpenter's level, laser or digital transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for work above ground level.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager about problems, materials, or safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• May assist with concrete placement as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
