JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our Tempe project teams. The role focuses on concrete carpentry tasks, form setting, finishing, and coordination with carpenters to deliver precise concrete work on new and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in concrete-related trades, proficiency with finishing tools, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is a non-exempt, full-time on-site position with reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; trade training helpful.
• 2+ years experience in concrete trades or related carpentry.
• Familiarity with concrete formwork and finishing procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set forms for concrete foundations, SOG, and bulkheads.
• Place concrete using buckets, chutes, pumps; manage finishing for columns/walls/foundations.
• Perform basic concrete finishing with floats and trowels; maintain tools.
• Assist in finishing carpentry and installing safety railings and openings.
