Job summary

The Brazos River Authority (BRA) is seeking a Concrete Worker/Finisher to join a field team performing concrete work on BRA dams, including pouring, finishing, and form construction. You will assist welders, abrasive blasters, and scaffolders, operate saws and jackhammers, and help with maintenance tasks while adhering to safety standards.

Typical requirements include 1–3 years of concrete experience and a high school diploma; the position is located at Possum Kingdom, Texas with a starting wage

Qualifications

• One to three years of concrete experience.
• High School Diploma - Awarded for the completion of High School.

Responsibilities

• Pour and finish concrete; operate concrete saws and jackhammers to remove deteriorated concrete; build and set concrete forms; bend, cut, and install reinforcing bars.
• Operate heavy equipment; assist welders and abrasive blasters; assist with scaffold erection and any other duties as assigned.
